I am getting ready to take a 3 day intensive on Cranial Nerves (NM4) from the Barrall Institute! Excited to put the skills to work on my clients who are recovering from head injuries, concussions, and surgery.

CranioSacral + Acupuncture
The experiment with my Acupuncturist associate, Paola Acuna, where we combine CranioSacral and Acupuncture was a hit. One client reported “this was the closest to an out-of-body experience that I have ever had.” Most people wanted to know when we are doing it again! The answer is soon! We are taking requests, so let me know if you are interested.
New tools on freeing the Axilla
I spent my day off taking a class with one of my favorites teachers and bodyworkers, Jim Donak. The focus on treating the Axilla will benefit those with issues in the ribs, shoulders, pecs and thoracic region. Great class!
Teaching CST to local Spa
I was excited to be invited to teach a techniques workshop in CranioSacral at the gorgeous Senspa in San Francisco. The Spa Director wanted her staff to lean the CST basics, to better serve their loyal clientele. An excellent move! It was a wonderful experience, and I am confident the therapists will love the work!
New Modalities: Myofascial Release
I wanted to increase my understanding the Myofascial Release principals used in CranioSacral Therapy, so I took a John Barnes class in MyoFascial Release in June. I love this work! I now believe that in order to get long lasting results in muscular pain, one needs to treat all the surrounding fascia. It’s amazing that by releasing a restriction in the fascia, the whole body improves. Try this work!
New Modalities: Neural Manipulation
I completed my second class in Neural Manipulation, called “Peripheral Nerve Manipulation; Upper Body,” and gained many new and effective ways to treat upper body nerve dysfunctions.
My CST Classes come to the North Bay!
I enjoyed teaching my first class at the beautiful Diamond Light School of Massage and Healing Arts in San Anselmo. A very serene place to learn CranioSacral Therapy with very dedicated students
